PORT ALBERT R.M. COURT.
Tuesday, September 14. [Before J. S. Clendon, R.M., and J. Shepherd, W. Warno, and J. C. Duckling, J.P.'s. A. Wilson v. Rev. W. Worker.—This was a case of sheep trespass. Claim for £11. Defendant paid £5 into court, and undertook to pay the balance in six weeks. Jos. J. Bcckton v. Levi Leo'- 1 " — Charge of using improper and provoking language. Defendant was bound in his own recognisances for £5 to keep the peace for six months, and to pay costs, £1 12s. C. Ly>ds v. W. K. Bradley.—Claim for £8 12a for board. Defendant put ; n a counter claim for £10 19s, but furnished no particulars of his claim. Case was adjourned to next court day, for issue of counter summons.—[Own Correspondent.]
