An enterprising fanner in this locality has tried the experiment of converting all his surplus apples and windfalls into cider, and, 1 learn, his efforts have been crowned witli considerable success, he having made somo '200 gallons of cider, which some old country farmers pronounce to be of excellent quality. —[Wairarapa Correspondent.]
