To consider, and, if thought lit, to pass a resolution authorising the Directors to increase the capital of the Bank by the creation of 100,000 new shares of £10 each, and the issue of such number thereof as may be deemed expedient. (3.) To consider, and, if thought fit, to pass a resolution deleting the words "shall not" in clause 13 of the Deed of Settlement, and substituting therefor the word " may." (4.)
