BUILDING REGULATIONS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, For the information of your correspondent who calls attention to a violation of the building regulations, and asks where are the building inspectors ? I have to state that he is correct as to the breach of the building by-laws, but on my reporting the breach to the Building Surveyor last week, I was informed that a special permit had been granted.—l am, &c., John Hughes, Building Inspector.
