MAHIKAPAWA GOLDFIELD.

[BY telegraph.—press association.] Blenheim, Saturday. Mr. Larnach and others have just returned from a visit to Mahikapawa goldfields. Mr. Larnach informs the Express that in his opinion the dirt is very rich at Mahikapawa and the field is likely to carry a number of men. The above is merely sent as a record, and must not be taken as inviting a " rush," for as yet there is nothing to justify any flocking over of poor men.
