The following is the list of cases already set down for trial at the criminal sittings of the Supreme Court, which opens on Monday next, the 3rd September :—Samuel Oliver, breach of the Pawnbrokers' Act (seven charges); Henry Darby, breaking and entering (three charges); James Bloomfield, breaking and entering; William Noble and James Stoddart, alias George Stewart, larceny from a dwelling ; Edward Boyle, unlawfully wounding; David Edmond Porter, embezzlement (ten charges) ; John Henrickson, forgery and uttering; Edward Prentiss, stealing from a dwelling , .
