A meeting between Signor Crispi and Count Kalnoky took place yesterday at Eger, a town in Bohemia, and was of a most cordial character. It is believed that the result of Signor Crispi's visit to Prince Bismarck and Count Kalnoky will be the conversion of the Triple Alliance into an offensive and defensive union of the three Powers. Paris, August 25. The uneasiness arising out of the negotiations now proceeding between the Powers composing the Triple Alliance is increasing. Vienna, August 27. Paris, August 25. _ M. Goblet replying to Signor Crispi, says France never sought to raise grave issues over the Massowah affair, and that he considers the matter closed.
