Ib was intended that the two coursing events, the St. Leger and All Aged Stakes, which were left unfinished at the late meeting at Plumpton Park, should be completed on Saturday, and a large number of persons, including the owners of dogs left in the stakes proceeded to Plumpton in brakes for that purpose. To their disgust they found that the caretaker had made no provision for the coursing. All the gates were open, and no hares available, so they had to return as they went, and another day will now have to be fixed for concluding the coursing. .
