Sir,—So far from feeling crushed by what took place in the House last night, I consider it is the greatest success the friends of railway reform have yet achieved. The fact is, the Government dare not face the exposure of their maladministration, that) would most certainly take place if my
friends and I once got fairly behind the scenes. I trus there will be a good attendance at the Chamber of Commerce tomorrow, when I will'produce the correspondence between the Government and myself,, and give some details of how we proposed to guard the public interests. — I am, etc., Samuel Vadub.
