NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD IN THE PARISH OF ARAPOHUE, HOBSON COUNTY. Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, ISB2, and the subsequent statutes amendments thereof, to execute certain Public Works, to wit, the Construction of a Road in the above Parish, and for the purpose of such Public Works the Land described lit the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is further given that a plan of the said Road is deposited and open for inspection at the Post Office, Mititai, liaipara; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said Public Works, or by the taking of such Land, shall, if they have any well-founded objection thereto, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty day* from the twenty-second day of August, 1888, to the Chairman Hobsou County Council, To Kopuru, Kaipara. All that Parcel of Land in tho Provincial District of Auckland, containing 1 acre 3 roods 14 0-10 perches, more or less, situated in the Okahn Road District, iind being a road line 100 links wide, traversing the northern portion of Section number 01, of tlio Parish of Arapohuo, and delineated upon a plan deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland, and numbered 4(>80.
