London, August 17. Sir Morell Mackenzie's book, refuting the charges brought against him by his enemies in Germany, will be published simultaneously in Germany and England within the month.
The general impression in medical circles is, that but for Dr. Mackenzie's timely intervention the late Emperor Frederick would never have ascended the throne.
