THE NEW AUCKLAND R.M.
[BY TELEGRAPH.SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT. ] Wellington, Friday. The Minister of Justice, in the course of an interview to-dav, informed me that there never was any intention of continuing the services of Mr.jjßaddeley, who was now out of the Civil Service. Mr. Clcndon had not sufficient work, and was living at one end of his district. By re-arranging this district with that of Mr. Bishop, of fdangonui, he could more readily move to the various points of his district by residing in Auckland, and perform the duties of a R.M. there in concert with his magisterial duties in the country districts.
