CONGRESS OF BISHOPS.
IMPORTANT DECISIONS. [press association.] London, August 5. The report of the Pan-Anglican Conference has been published. It was resolved not to recognise any divorce without adultery, and to refuse remarriage to any who are guilty of the laws of divorce. A polyganrist -vvas not to be admitted to baptism. A favourable report was read on the proposal to allow colonial Primates to rank as Archbishops, but no action was taken in tho matter.
