CUSTOMS RETURNS.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. Tub Customs returns for the last month are not complete, but those to hand give the month's revenue as £94,619, as against £90,707 for the corresponding month in 1887. Dunedin paid £28,587, Auckland £16,472. Lyttelton andstch £16,464, and Wellington £15,877. Tim b-er duty last month was £2960, as against y.'M.'ti for July, 1887. The returns to come are only minor ones, and will not largely increase the total.
