At Helensville yesterday tho case 01 Fitzgerald v. Parata Mate and others concerned in the native difficulty at Porfi Albert was heard, and it. was decided by the Bench that the trespass had been proved. The defendants, Pamta Mate and Thompson, were lined 10s and costs. Mr. Napier, who appeared for the natives | gave uotice to apply for a writ oi prohibition.
