Within half-an-hour yceterday three dogs wore caught in tho Albert Park rooting up the ilower beds. In future dogs caught in the Albert Park will be impounded, and those without collars summarily dealt with, whilst the owners of those which are registered will be prosecuted. The maximum penalty of £5 may be imposed upon owners who transgress in permitting their doge to run in the Park.
