THAMES HARBOUR BOARD.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Tuesday. Colonel Fraser received the following telegram from Mr. A. Brodie, chairman of the Board, in reference to the repudiation business: —" Will you mako clear to the Premier that it was not the loss of the extended aTea lately added, but the curtailment of the limits to half the area the Board has had since its constitution. The consequent loss of revenue thus makes it unable to meet its liability." This telegram will be forwarded to the Premier, with the correspondence expected by to night's mail.
