A fire nearly occurred at Allen's Saddle Factory in Beresford - street on Sunday evening, owing to a gas-jet burning near a window-blind. The blind caught fire, but was extinguished before any damage was done.
If you should happen to meet a Welldressed Gentleman, you may depend upon it he patronises A. Woollarus and Co., the Tailors, of Sydenham House, Grey-street.
