Berlin, June 22. The Tagblatt stated that Sir Morell Mackenzie has stated that he was aware of the gangrenous nature of the malady from which the late Emperor was suffering so far back as February last, but that he did not admit it in order to obviate the necessity of a Regent being appointed.
