Berlin, June 20. The Berlin correspondent of the Gauloia and Lemaitre newspapers have been expelled from Germany, in consequence of the attacks they have made in their papers on the Emperor William.

The Emperor William, replying ttf the message of condolence from M. Sadi-Carnot, the French President, says he shares in the desire for mutual goodwill, and to establish friendly rela* tions.
