THE NAPIER HARBOUR WORKS.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Napier, Thursday. A heavy sea is still rolling in. It is estimated that £7000 is required to pub the Marine Parade in a proper state of repair, with a concrete wall. The breakwater work has also received considerable damage, which will be ab the loss of the contractor.
