It will ho seen in our report of last) night's Parliamentary proceedings, that in both branches of the legislature it waa unanimously resolved to convey to th(?Dowager Empress Victoria, and" the German Prime Minister, an expression of the great regret felt by the Parliament of New Zealand at the death of the late Emperor Frederick, and its condolence with his widow and the German nation at the severe loss which they had sustained.
