V 7 ennell, Eyre, Haynittle, Rutherford, Baxter, Smith, Sare, Atkinson, aud lti steerage.—Union S.S. Co., agents. The Northern S.S. Co.'s Gairloch, for Waitara, left yesterday morning. The Union Co.'s s.s. Penguin, Captain G. Allman, from the South, arrived yesterday afternoon at three o'clock with cargo and passengers.
