It is hereby notified that a Bill will be brought before Parliament during the present session for converting allotments 46 and 49 and part of 48 of Section 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland, containing 34 acres, 3 roods, and 16 perches, into a Recreation Ground for the Epsom and Mount Eden Districts instead of their being an endowment for the Lunatic Asylum, and to convert the other part of allotment 48, containing 3 acres '1 roods into a Gravel-pit reserve for the said districts. The Board of Trustees for the Recreation Ground and Gravel-pit to be the Chairmen of the Epsom and Mount Eden Road Boards and two members to be chosen by and from each of theso Road Boards and to have the powers which the Governor may delegate to it under The Public Domains Act, 1881.
