[by telegraph.— ASSOCIATION-.] WEllington, Thursday. The weather is intensely cold, and snow is lying on the hills at the Heads. This evening nail fell for some time. No attempt will be made to launch the Weathersfield'off the Oliau beach until the plant to be used in launching the Plelone from Waikanae arrives. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company have instructed a local firm of solicitors to appeal to the Privy Council against the decision of the Appeal Court in the acton brought by them against) the Timarn Harbour Board.
