Co., agents. Gairloch, s.s., McArthur, from Waitara. Passengers: Mr. and Mrs. Brown, Messrs. Deyer, Ferguson, Lancaster, McKeever (2), Skeet, Shearer, Grover, and 4 steerage.— Barnes, agent. DEPARTURES. Gairloch, s.s., McArthur, for Waitara. Passengers: Messrs. Ramson, Henderson, Wallis/ McDonald, Ingles, Hurst, Finney, Mesdames Henderson and two children, Wallis, Goldsmith, Hasell, Misses Appleyard, Avery, and four natives.— Barnes, gent. IMPORTS. Per 8.8. Gairloch : 93 cattle, 311 sheep, 75 sacks linseed, 8 sacks butter, and 7 packages. Per s.s. Wanaka : 6 trunks boots, 6 kegs butter, 7 cases and 30 packages sundries. EXPORTS. Per s.s. Gairloch : 2 cases corrugated iron. • 530 bags sugar, 16 boxes soap. 89 boxes and chests tea, 6 cases syrup, 106 boxes candles, 14 bags rice, 13 bags salt, 6 cases seeds, 4 sacks oysters, 2 cases fish, 11 trunks and 8 cases drapery, 3 cases boots, 5 boxes clothes pags, 2 sacks tapioca, and 80 sundry packages. The Union Co.'s s.s. Wanaka, Captain J. Grant, arrived from the South yesterday. She left Lyttelton at 9 p.m. on the 21st. called at Wellington and Taranaki, and arrived as above. The Northern Co.'s s.s. Gairloch, from * Waitara, arrived yesterday with cargo and passengers as above. She left again at 7 o'clock last night.
