THE BRITISH DEFENCE BILL.
IMPORTANT PROVISIONS. [press ASSOCIATION.] London, May 5. The National Defence Bill provides for the calling out of the Yeomanry Volunteers and Naval and Artillery Volunteers, when ever the Militia and Naval Reserve are ordered out for actual service ; and also that in case of emergency the Government should have power to appropriate horse and vehicle traffic.
