PRINCE FERDINAND AT TIRNOVA. PATRIOTIC SPEECH. [press association.] Sofia, May 5. Prince Ferdinand, speaking at a banquet to which he was invited at Tirnova, said that the Bulgarian forces were centred on one idea, namely, that of independence ; that recent events had testified the strength of Bulgaria, and that a splendid future was assured for her. •
