SHOCKING TRAM ACCIDENT.

[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. An elderly man named Richard Hogarth mot with a painful accident on the tramway on Saturday afternoon. As the tram was turning a corner, the man fell off the car. One of liis arms was seriously injured by the wheels, the flesh being torn off from the olbow to the wrist. He was taken to the Hospital, and is in a rather precarious conditiou. .
