EXPECTED RIOTING. GREAT DISTRESS IN GALWAY. {PRESS ASSOCIATION,]. London, April 4. The police authorities have issued instructions to disperse all proclaimed meetings announced to be held on Sunday. It is.feared that serious disturbances may arise, and the police will probably be reinforced. Dublin, April 4. A large number of the poorer classes in Galway are in danger of starvation, and in order to alleviate the distress provisions are being sent there from all parts of the country.
