THE ANTI-CHINESE CRUSADE. Sydney, March 29. A deputation from the anti-Chinese meeting held on Tuesday night waited on the Premier yesterday afternoon, and laid before him resolutions passed by the meeting. In reply to the deputation, Sir Henry Parkes said the Government aimed at the practical prohibition of Chinese emigration into New South Wales. The whole question, said the Premier, would shortly be submitted for the consideration of Parliament.

Brisbane, March 30. _ Sir Samuel Griffiths, the Premier, in replying to a deputation from the antiChinese meeting, said that he would urge the members of his Government to bring pressure to bear on the Chinese Government to discourage, and if possible forbid emigration to Australia.
