Berlin, March 29. The floods in East Prussia have ren-' dered thirty thousand people homeless, and damage to the extent of 100,000,000 marks has" been caused. Ten thousand head of cattle were drowned.
The Vistula valley is inundated, and seventy villages have been devastated.
