MR. PARNELL'S BILL.

London, February 26. The Bill introduced into the House of Commons by Mr. Parnell authorises the judges to reduce the rents of tenants, or to postpone the . time under which payment may bo made. It also extends the period of redemption to three months in the case of tenants who may have been evicted.
