MR. CHAMBERLAIN.
[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] London, February 26'. Mr. Chamberlain has been offered the honour of the Grand Cross of the Bath, and it is considered probable that ho will receive a baronetcy in recognition of his success in arranging an amicable settlement of the Canadian fisheries dispute.
