BANKRUPTCY.
MEETING OF CREDITORS. Charles Woolcock.— meeting of the creditors of Charles Woolcock, bankrupt, was held on Saturday at the office of the Official Assigaee, who presided. Three creditors were present, and Mr. Cotter appeared on behalf of Mr. Chadwick, the proprietor of the hotel kept by debtor at Tauranga, and Mr. J. M. Alexander was present on behalf of Mrs. M. M. Andrews, housekeeper at the hotel. The Chairman said that £300 was owing to Mrs. Andrews, £281 19s Id to Messrs. W. J. Suiter and Co,, and £125 to Mr. Chadwick, who also claimed that damage had been caused to the property. On the motion of Mr. Suiter the meeting was adjourned until Monday, in order that the question of disposiug of the estate be considered.
