Brisbane, January 12. Mr. Fitzgerald, a resident of Warwick, a municipal town situated on the river Oondarmine, has died from the effects of poison, -which, it is supposed, was administered on Christmas Day. Mrs. Fitzgerald, his wife, and her daughter are believed to be implicated, and have been arrested on a charge of murder.
