London, October 3. A demonstration, attended by several thousand workingmen; was held in Hyde Park to-day, to protest against the system of sugar bounties. Resolutions were proposed demanding the imposition of countervailing duties.

At the anti-bounty demonstration, he'd in Hyde Park to-day, there was a numerous attendance, and the highest interest was manifested in the proceedings. It was urged by the speakers that the commerce and industry of the colonies and the home country required that countervailing duties should be imposed. It was stated that fully fifty thousand refiners were unemployed.
