KAIPARA EXPORTS.

The following are the particulars of the exports from the port of Kaipara for the quartor ending September 30th last :— To New South Wales: Three vessels, with 161,482 feet of baulk timber, valued at £323, and 360,968 feet rough sawn, valued at £1495. To Victoria : Two vessels, with 198,000 feat baulk, valued At £396 ; 70,000. feet rough sawn, £312j and 160,000 feoc dressed, £800. To South Australia : One vessel, with 52,039 feet baulk, £143; and 170,000 feet rough sawn, £722.., ... . .

CALCUTTA.— Robinson, Morrison and Co., under data 29th August, report as follows : Tea: At the sale oil the 13th instant, 16,866 chests were offered and 15,305 sold, Prices remained a out the same. Castor Oil: Since our last, the market has been easier and prices have further declined. Some business has been reported for shipment no the United Kingdom and colonies at current rates for ready anil forward deliveries. Butter, duty Id per lb, as anticipated in our last, has declined smartly, and best local to-day its 7d, factory 8d ; at which rate it is quiet and plentiful; pastry and seconds nominal value. Cheese, duty 2d per lb: Local, In large supply, 3d to 6d ; and are coming in rather new, hence demand is springing up for good matured New Zealand at 5d to 6d ; loaf sorts, of test quality, 7d, with enquiry. Bacon, duty 2d per lb : laical machine-cured, 6Jd to 61; hand cured, 6d to 8d; iSew Zealand, in cloth, ■ new cure, Od, with good demand. Hams, duty 2d per lb; New Zealand, In cloth, IOJd to Hid, In demand.
