London, September 27. The Times this morning announces that the Viceroy of India has received a most cordial letter from the Nizam of Hyderabad, in which he expresses his willingness to contribute twenty lakhs of rupees yearly towards the defence of the Indian frontier. He further declares that England can count on his sword when the hour of battle arrives. [PRBS3 ASSOCIATION.] London, September 27. The Nizam of Hyderabad has stated that the interests of the British and native inhabitants are identical in repelling the agressive advance of Russia.
