RESIGNATION OF M. DE GIERS.
[PRESS association.] London, April 12. The Daily News announces that M. de Giers has resigned, and will probably be succeeded General Ignatieff. A difficulty has arisen between M, Giers, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, and M. Katkoff, the editor of the Moscow Gazette. All attempts at reconciliation have so far failed.
