It was resolved, "That I the amount be paid in four quarterly oontri- £ butions." li Depositing Earth. letter was re- o ceived from the secretary of the Harbour k Board respecting depositing of earth upon o land belonging to the Harbour Board, and 1 : stating that the offer had been declined. h Finance Committee.—Tho Finance Com- n mittee reported as follows : —Recommended & that the foreman of works prepare and sub- o tnit to the Council a specification of works c required to be done in Artillery Road and P Rattray-street.
