Mr. MoKenzie proposed, "The Agricultural Interests," whioh waa responded to by Mr. Elliot, who proposed, "The« Commercial Interests." Mr. J. D. McKenzie responded, and proposed " The Prosperity of the Waipu Agricultural Association." Mr. W. A. Carruth responded and proposed, " The Health of the Judges " Messrs. Carter (Whangarei), Ross, Dibble, and Carter (Hikurangl), responded. Mr.

Carter, senior, proposed, " The Successful Competitors." Mr. A. McKay responded, and proposed, "The Unsuccessful Competitors." Mr. J. 'R. McLean responded, and proposed, " The Stewards." Mr. D.
