CRICKET.

As there seems to be some misunderstanding in regard to the cap matches being continued to-morrow (Saturday) we may mention that they will be played as fixed by the programme. There will be a practice match on the Domain to - day between the Auckland Eleven and a team of all-comers. Play will start as soon as possible after ten o'clock. As the Eleven desire to get as much practice as possible a punctual and full attendance is requested. On Easter Monday another match has been arranged, when the Eleven will be pitted against a strong fifteen, This match will also commence at ten o'clock. > An interesting match will be played today on the Domain between the Press and the Stage. Play will start at eleven o'clock. The Thespians will be represented by the following G. S. Tithcradge, G. W. Anson, D'Arcy Stanfield, F. Cates, F. Edmunds, F. Beverly, B. Cahill, G. Bryer, E. C. The Holland Cricket Club sent a team to the Thames last night, where they play their annual match with the local club to-day, nod return to-morrow morning early. A match will be played at Pakuranga to day between the local club and the Alpha Cricket Club. The latter proceed by a break which leaves Karangahape Road at eight a.m. ' ,
