THE WELLINGTON BANKRUPT.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Sunday. Waters, the bankrupt, arrived on Saturday morning, and was taken to the Terrace Gaol. During the afternoon his counsel applied for a rule nisi* to show cause why » writ should not be issued for the discharge of Waters from custody, on the grounds that the warrant issued for his arrest is invalid. The Chief Justice granted the rule,, which is made returnable for Wednesday.
