Melbourne, December 20. The cricket match, Shaw-Lillywhite team v. the Australian Eleven, continued to-day. The weather was fine, but the attendance was only moderate. The Australians, who on Saturday lost eight wickets for 284 ru», continued their innings, the last wioket falling for 294 , runs. . Evans, bowled, 6; Spoffortb, run out, 2; and Garrett, not out, 24.
