Buda Pesth, November 17. The sitting of the Hungarian delega tions took place to-day. Count Andrassy, in his speech, strongly condemned the admission of the fact of an alliance between the Emperors of Austria, Germany, and Bussia being tafeen into consideration as a means of settling the Bulgarian difficulty, as it would be opposed to the interests of Austria. Count Kalnoky expressed concurrence with this view, and declared that Austria must uphold the autonomy of Bulgaria. Russia, he added, hae no special right in regard to that country.
