SEQUEL TO AN ELOPEMENT.
[by telegraph.—press association.] Wellington, Monday. At the Magistrate's Court, to-day, John Thomas Oak, who eloped with Mrs. Fieberg from Wellington, and who was arrested at Napier on a charge of having stolen certain property belonging to the injured husband, was brought up and dismissed. The next phase of the elopement will be the subject of a suit for divorce of marriage.
