DUSTuDIN OATS. November 3.—Oats are arriving freely, but the demand i» comparatively limited, and sales are difficult to effect, except on small lots for local consumption. The rates ruling in Northern parts and tbe Austialian colonies preclud- any export inquiries; there is therefore practically nothing doing. A number of holders now seem anxious to quit, which has the effect of further weakeain; priest, which are now only nominal. For short bright milling Is lid to 2s, short bright Is 10.1 to Is lid, medium to good Iβ 01 to l> 10d. Long oata are scarcely asked for, ex store bags weighed. COLONIAL WOOL SALES. Dunedin, Wednesday.—Messrs. Da getty and Co. state that Renter's iqesaaie re the wool sales ia incorrect. A private cablegram received by them states that the commencement of the series has been postponed one week, to 30th November. The Hat of arrivals will dose, 23rd November. This is confirmed by a message to the N.Z. Mortca.e Co.
