THE GREAT BARRIER TRAGEDY
Superintendent Thomson received a telegram yesterday from Detective Taohy, stating that he and Constables Mackay and McCarroll had fully identified Caffrey, Penn, and the girl Grace Graham. It is not expected that the legal formalities remaining to be completed will take much time ; so that the police officers may be expected back in Auckland next week witu their prisoners.
