On Friday last the trustees of tho Coßtley Boys' Institute, Kichmond Hoad, Surrey Hills Estate, took over the building from the contractor, Mr. Thomas Colebrook, he having completed his contract. They are now getting the building furnished, and this institution will shortly be in full operation.
